昨日、目黒のことを書きました。今日はその続き。
ライブハウスが多い目黒駅近辺ですが、その中に老舗の「鹿鳴館」というライブハウスがあります。
かの裸のラリーズもここのステージに立っていてやっぱり目黒は黒ずくめの似合う街なのねと思わず誤解してしまいそうです。
おそらく、目黒駅近辺がビジュアル系女子の巣窟になるまでには裸のラリーズだの
AUTOMOD関連だのトランスレコード周辺だのBUCK-TICKだの雑誌FOOLSMATEの隆盛だのいろいろ要因がありましょう。
もうひとつ誤解しつつある自分を理解しつつ、申し上げたい要因は日本人の黒いものダークなもの大好き体質です。
ダークで深刻で大変な私たち。
黒い格好で、おらーサイケじゃがな。
そういうのって安易なパッケージに見えちゃうのがちょっとアレかも。
ちゃんと音楽聴けよ、なんて下品なことをいってしまいそうな自分が恐ろしくなってしまいます。
根深いのがそういう”アレな感じ”が世代レス・ジャンルレスになっていることです。

東京の目黒は落語「目黒のさんま」で有名な都市です。
目黒駅は品川区にあります。
目黒区で探してもありません。
捉えどころのない場所です。
隠れた長所があります。
それはビジュアル系のライブハウスが多いことです。
駅近辺ではそんなファッションの女子がたむろしたり、東急目黒駅のコインロッカー前で堂々と着替えをしています。

子供の流行はいつでも大人と違って熱病のようなものです。

おもちゃの昆虫に触れることができても、本当の昆虫はまったく駄目な子供が多いそうです。

こういうところが日本らしくて取り上げました。

よその国でもこうなのかな？
